Mushroom Oat bran

INGREDIENT
1 cup – Oat bran
2 cups – Mushroom broth
Mushrooms sliced
1⁄2 tsp – Soy sauce
Pinch of Black pepper
Pinch of Salt


METHOD
1. Spray some cooking oil to a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
2. Cook the mushrooms until golden on both sides. Add 1⁄2 tsp of soy sauce, a pinch of black pepper, salt and
then set aside.
3. Add oat bran and mushroom broth in a small pot or saucepan.
4. Bring to a boil. Once at a boil, reduce heat to a simmer. Simmer and stir for 1-3 minutes until thick and
creamy.
5. Pour oat bran into bowls and top with sliced mushroom and enjoy!
