Cereal Flakes Milk Popsicles

INGREDIENT
2 cups milk
1 cup cereal akes
1 tbs of honey
Chopped fresh fruits(optional)
METHOD
1. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Pour the mixure into the popsicle molds.
3. Freeze at least 8 hours until solid.
4. To serve, run the molds under hot water to release the ice pops.
