INGREDIENT 250g of chocolate bar/button 1 cup cereal akes 1 tbs of honey 1/2 cup of dry strawberries (optional)
METHOD 1. Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water. The base of the bowl should sit above the water without touching it. Allow the chocolate to melt so that it is smooth, shiny and glossy. 2. Pour the cereal akes, dried strawberries and 1 tbs of honey into the melted chocolate. Mix well. 3. After that, transfer this mixture to a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Even-out the mixture in the dish. 4. Let it cool at room temperature or refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours. 5. Once rm, remove from the dish and cut into bars as required, enjoy!
