Chickpea Nugget

INGREDIENT
1 can/425g Chickpeas
1/2 cup Rolled Oat
1pc Egg
1 tsp HVP TN 3.0P
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 cup Bread Crumbs


METHOD
1. Drain the chickpeas then pour to a food processor and process until aky.
2. Transfer chickpeas to a large bowl, add in the egg, rolled oat, HVP TN 3.0P, black pepper, garlic powder, onion
powder, paprika and mix well.
3. Scoop up tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into balls then press them into nugget shapes.
4. Pour bread crumbs into a bowl and coat each nugget.
5. Place nuggets on a parchment paper lined baking pan.
6. Bake at 180°C for 15 – 20 minutes, until browned and desired texture.
7. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, enjoy!
