Chocolate Peda

INGREDIENT
2 tbsp Ghee
1 cup Milk Powder
1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
1/4 cup Milk
2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
Chopped Pistachio


METHOD
1. Melt the ghee in a non-stick pan on low heat. When it is melted, switch o the heat and add milk powder, sugar
and cocoa powder.
2. Use a spatula to mix the ingredients well and then add in milk. Now turn on the heat and keep it in a low ame.
3. Start stirring the mixture slowly. Continue stirring for about 10-12 minutes.
4. When it forms a thick mass and leaves the sides of the pan. Tranfer the chocolate peda mixture to a bowl and let
it cool.
5. Now take a small portion in a greased hands and shape into balls. Flatten it, make a hole in the centre and place
some chopped pistachio.
6.The pedas will initially be sticky and after around 3-4 hours they start to hold the shape well and is ready to
serve..
